We may collect business account details, caller telephone numbers, call timestamps and outcomes, message content, delivery status, consent and opt-out records, support communications, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. We do not record call audio in the pilot service.
How we use information
We use information to route calls, identify unanswered calls, deliver requested service communications, process replies and opt-outs, provide reporting and support, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Mobile information
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to communications and infrastructure providers solely as needed to deliver the service, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, contractual requirements, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use access controls, encrypted transport, tenant separation, audit records, and credential protections appropriate to the service.
Your choices
You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of application-level personal information by contacting us. Certain provider records may be retained according to telecommunications or legal requirements.
Children and sensitive uses
The service is intended for businesses and adults seeking local services. It is not directed to children under 13 and the pilot is not intended for healthcare, debt collection, emergency dispatch, or other sensitive regulated communications.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
