SMS Terms & Conditions

AfterTone LLC, 280 Wild Olive Dr., Columbia, South Carolina 29229, manages service-related messaging for an identified customer business using that customer's approved configuration. These recipient terms govern those messages. A paying business customer's subscription and cancellation terms are governed by its signed service agreement, not this page.

Program description

AfterTone may send one service-oriented SMS on behalf of the identified business after a call or inquiry when the recipient has affirmatively asked for that message. Recipient replies may begin a limited conversation about the same request. This consent is not used for unrelated promotions or recurring marketing.

Consent and frequency

A call or missed call alone does not constitute SMS consent. Before the first message, the recipient must receive the business identity, message purpose, message-and-data-rate notice, and opt-out information and must make an affirmative choice through an approved telephone, website, keyword, or other documented flow. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Frequency is normally one initial response plus messages needed for the recipient-initiated conversation.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability, filtering, registration, and network conditions.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPTOUT, or otherwise clearly ask us to stop. We honor clear opt-out requests and suppress ordinary messages. You may receive one confirmation. Reply START or UNSTOP to request restoration where supported; a prior carrier-level block may require an additional provider step.

Help

Reply HELP or INFO for help or email [email protected]. Include the business name and telephone number that received the message, but do not email sensitive personal information.

Privacy

See the AfterTone Privacy Policy. Mobile information, telephone numbers, SMS consent records, and message content are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Customer-business responsibility

The identified business is responsible for the service purpose, approved content, and its relationship with the recipient. AfterTone may suspend traffic that appears unwanted, deceptive, unlawful, unregistered, or inconsistent with provider or carrier requirements.

Changes

We may revise these recipient terms prospectively as the program or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
