These terms apply to the Aftertone missed-call recovery messaging program.

Program description

Aftertone sends service-oriented SMS messages in response to calls or inquiries made to Aftertone. Messages may acknowledge an unanswered call, ask how we can help, respond to a conversation you initiate, or provide support related to your inquiry. The pilot does not use this consent for unrelated promotional campaigns.

Consent and frequency

By calling an Aftertone pilot number or separately requesting SMS contact, you consent to receive a responsive text concerning that inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, normally one initial response plus messages needed for the resulting conversation.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in where supported.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued participation after an update is subject to the revised terms posted here.
