A2P CONSENT DISCLOSURE

How SMS consent works

This public page documents the opt-in experience for the Aftertone Sole Proprietor pilot campaign.

Inbound-call inquiry

A person voluntarily calls Aftertone’s published pilot number to request information or assistance. If the call is unanswered, Aftertone may send one narrowly tailored response to the same number. The message identifies Aftertone, refers to the missed call, asks how we can help, and includes opt-out instructions. No promotional content is sent under this flow.

Website opt-in disclosure

When a website form is introduced, the SMS checkbox will be optional and unchecked by default. The disclosure presented next to it will read:

☐ I agree to receive service-related text messages from Aftertone about my inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Opt-out and help

Recipients may reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time. They may reply HELP or contact support@getaftertone.net. Suppression requests are processed immediately.

This pilot consent flow applies only to Aftertone’s own Brand. Client businesses must complete their own Brand and Campaign registrations using their true identities, messages, and consent flows before production use.
